 | The San Pedro Creek Estates Homeowners' Association (SPCE HOA) comprises all lot-owners in the community. A general meeting of the HOA is held each January to elect new directors and conduct business. Use the Leaders menu tab to contact board members and committee chairmen. The HOA is managed by the board of directors, which retains the services of the property management firm HOAMCO to run the day-to-day business of the community. |
| Board of Directors Meetings The board of directors of the HOA meets monthly. Board meetings are held the third Wednesday of the month at 6:30 p.m. at the La Madera Fire Station at the north end of Via Entrada here in the Creek. Contact the community manager to inquire about adding an item to the agenda. |  |
| About the SPCE Board The SPCEHOA Board of Directors has developed a Charter that expresses the "core values" and broad policies and guidelines that the Board will follow in the conduct of the business of the Homeowner's Association. |
